Non-white factored The "original" Missy. Missy was the very first sheltie I ever met. Because of her, I started my breeding program.
Missy was purchased from Carla Gerwe of Diadem Shelties, out of Ohio,
in 1982. She lived to be 12 1/2 years old when she died of a severe
infection of pyometria because she wasn't spayed when she was found to be
sterile (from an infection she obtained during a breeding).
Missy was a great dog who is missed by all. She lives on, through her son, Jesse, her granddaughters, Missy and Taylor, her great grandson Ford, and her great granddaughter Brooke. |
